Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw (/nɔɪ̯́z/ /pɒ́ɱp̪fʰæ/ [fuzzy] [guerrilla]) is a subtropical Town located in the Jǎlēyeēy Region of the Confederation of Goblin Tribes.

The name Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw is derived from the Goblin language, as Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw was founded by Tsmtho Trtë Trgadsêye, who was culturaly Goblin.

Overview

Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw was founded durring the late 17th century in late fall of the year 1569, by Tsmtho Trtë Trgadsêye. The establishment of Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw's construction back out of the project. Tsmtho Trtë Trgadsêye pushed on reguardles, and Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the late 17th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the premissive cobblestone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. The town's political statment focused walls are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.

Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is best known for its functional shapes, abstract shapes used sparingly for decor, simple color schemes, holistic design, and basic industrial materials. Its simple designs were created to be beautiful, functional, and mass-producible. The style used little to no embellishment or ornamentation, instead drawing attention to the streamlined design, such as flat roofs to create a simple, geometric look. The simplicity masks the style's nearly sinister functionality, as every last feature is designed to guide the people living in the building in how to make the most efficient use of the structure.

Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is short in Noís Paẃmp̪f̄ä Nêōw.
